What was your defining moment or “aha” minute?
It was May, and I was remaining in a fitting room in Target. Summer was coming, I was attempting on swimsuits, and I simply was cleared up in sentiments of humiliation. I was humiliated about the way I looked and couldn’t envision myself sticking around companions and feeling so uncertain.

What changes did you choose to make?
My mother proposed I take a stab at running and switching up my eating regimen, so I accepted her recommendation.
